The aim of the PR3 is the design and implementation of Digital Internationalization Guidelines functional to guide SMEs in the digital transformation supporting their internationalization and ability to penetrate foreign markets with their products through digital channels.
The experts of the partnership, in quality of coaches, will use these guidelines to assist the workers of SMEs to build their digital mind-set, to identify strengths and critical areas to increase competitiveness of their SMEs by making the best use and application of digital technologies.
In particular, SMEs workers will be assisted by the partnership consultants in the realization of checkups which will consist of a cognitive analysis of the digital internationalization processes of the involved SMEs. This analysis covers areas such as: commercial aspects, logistic aspects, marketing and communication aspects, legal aspects and financial aspects.
